'Santa Monica Beach' - Chris Corr
Christopher Corr was born in London in 1955 to Irish parents. Corr studied Graphic Design at Manchester Polytechnic and was awarded the Leverhulme Travelling Scholarship to the USA in 1979. On his return a undertook a Masters at the Royal College of Art where he won the RCA Drawing Prize. He has had numerous solo exhibitions, including at the Curwen Gallery, London, and has had commissions for London Transport, Habitat and UNICEF. His work is predominantly influenced by his extensive travels.
