Domestic

Standard - Royal Mail (2-3 Days) £4

Express – Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next working day for orders placed before 2pm, Monday – Thursday, orders received after 2pm Thursday will not arrive until Monday. Orders received after 2pm Friday and all Saturday & Sunday orders will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery). £7.50

Orders placed before 12:30pm are despatched the same day (Monday - Friday) and delivery times are dependent on our delivery partners in your local area.

Orders placed during a bank holiday will not be dispatched until the following working day, this also applies to Next Day orders.

We know how important parties and other events are and recommend that you get in touch with us if you have an essential deadline for delivery and we will do our very best to ensure your order reaches you in time.

We ship worldwide

International delivery rates will be shown on checkout. 

Orders to countries outside the UK may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. The Conscious ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the UK and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns

We at The Conscious want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at theconscious.co.uk you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days. The Conscious’s condition is that the goods will be returned in the original condition and that means not being used. The return should include the original packaging and applicable labels. If an item delivered is wrong, we will of course pay for the return postage.

Please note that made to order or personalised products are non-refundable. 

When returning a package from theconscious.co.uk you are responsible for the return postage and can choose the postal service you prefer. In cases where the item(s) delivered are wrong or faulty we offer free return postage and will send you a prepaid label. Note that it is the customer who is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned in the same condition as when leaving The Conscious and we recommend using a trackable service.

On receipt of the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Regrettably, any delivery costs will not be refunded.

No liability can be accepted by The Conscious for the return of goods damaged or lost in transport.
